There are different options on how to restore access to your OlyBet account:

• ’Forgot Password?’ function:

  Go to log-in, and choose the "forgot password?" option. Next, enter the e-mail address you used for registration at OlyBet. In case your phone number has been successfully verified on the gaming account, you will receive an SMS with a 4-digit code.

• Via Smart-ID:

Enter your personal code and click on ‘Login’. You will see a control code after which you will get a phone notification to enter your Smart-ID PIN1 for authentication.

All deposit methods are instant, except for the Bank transfer method, which takes up to 24 business hours to appear on your OlyBet balance. Due to different circumstances, it may take up to 20 minutes for a deposit to reach the gaming account. If the money has not reached your account within this time, please, contact our support team via online chat or email at support@olybet.com. Please, prepare a proof of payment from your bank for the transaction that was not credited to your balance beforehand. Thus, the support agent will be able to quickly find your transaction in the system and take the necessary actions to make sure your deposit gets credited as soon as possible.

What information should be in the payment order:

• Your name, surname:
• Your account number (IBAN).
• Beneficiary's account number (IBAN).
• References.
• Date of the transaction.

It happens that in some banks it is a little more difficult to find proof of payment, so below you can find instructions on how to do it in the app or site of your bank:

The payout processing time depends on your request:

• All e-wallet payments and bank transfers over €10 to local banks are processed 24/7
• Bank transfers under €10 or transfers to foreign banks are made on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:30

Over 95% of automatic withdrawals are paid within several minutes, however, sometimes due to various circumstances over which we have no influence, the payment cannot be paid automatically. In this case, the withdrawal will be paid out on the next working day before 15:30. After the withdrawal is accepted and executed by OlyBet, the arrival time depends on the recipient bank.

Please note that when requesting a payout, OlyBet reserves the right to ask for additional information, such as a copy of your identification document, proof that a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet belongs to the owner of the gaming account, AML questionnaire, etc.

To add or change your registered account number, make a deposit using one of the bank links available in the "Deposit" section. After that, the new account number will be added automatically.

Alternatively, if you use Visa / MasterCard payment or bank transfer method, after making a deposit, please send us a proof of payment, and we will manually add a new account number to your profile. Please send a screenshot from your internet bank, showing your IBAN account number and full name to our e-mail address - support@olybet.com. The new account will be added manually by our Customer Support team during the working hours.

Unfortunately, sometimes this can happen. Here are some actions you can take in order to troubleshoot:

1. Close the game and try to open it again. It should continue from where it got stuck.
2. If the game is still stuck, first check for browser updates and clear your cache and cookies.
