Step 2 – Prepare Proof of Payment
If your deposit still has not arrived after the standard processing time, prepare a PDF statement from your bank or payment provider.
The statement must include:
Your full name (matching your OlyBet account).
IBAN or account number used for the transfer.
Date of the transaction.
Amount of the transaction.
Recipient name (Olybet Latvia SIA).
Transaction reference or unique Deposit ID.

When your PDF statement is ready:

Step 4 – What Happens After You Send the Document
If the funds have already reached our system, Customer Support can credit your deposit immediately.
If the funds have not yet arrived, the case will be forwarded to our Finance team for processing within 24 business hours.
