How Limit Changes Work?
You can update your limits at any time in the "Self-limitations" section of your account. However, the effect of the change depends on whether the limit is being increased or decreased.
Limit Decrease (Stricter Control)

Example: Lowering your daily stake limit from €100 to €50 will be applied as soon as you confirm the change.
Limit Increase or Removal (Less Restrictive)

Takes effect only after 7 days (168 hours).

You must manually confirm the new limit in the "Self-limitations" section after the waiting period has passed.

The 7-day waiting period is a legal requirement under Latvian gambling law and cannot be shortened.

Why Can't the Waiting Period Be Skipped?
According to Latvian legislation, any request to increase a gambling limit requires a mandatory 7-day waiting period. OlyBet is legally prohibited from shortening or bypassing this process.

In order to play on the OlyBet platform, you must have at least one active self-limit enabled:
